3rd Annual Newark Grows School Gardens Tour

NEWARK, N.J. - Our team was excited to participate in the 3rd Annual Newark Grows School Gardens Tour! The event showcased the incredible work being done across Newark to create greener, healthier communities while providing a valuable opportunity for educators, advocates, and community members to share ideas and learn from one another.

It was especially rewarding to see visitors engage with the gardens and sample some of the fresh greens grown by local students . Thank you to Greater Newark Conservancy and Philips Academy Charter School staffs for hosting this event and bringing together so many passionate supporters of school gardens across Newark.
